Adequate intake of salt keeps the fluid in the body and electrolyte and pH level. Consumption of salt or sugar in large amounts increases the calories in the body as well as increases the risk of cancer. Excessive use of salt and sugar contributes to obesity and increased blood pressure even in childhood. It is important that you consume natural sources of salt. Salt i.e. sodium chloride is present in all things like grains, vegetables, milk, fruits etc. In such a situation, you can get abundant salt by consuming them. Control salt intake to avoid high BP and heart attack. Speaking of sugar, the body gets strength and energy by eating sweet. It also provides carbohydrates and glucose to the body. Obesity, inflammation, excitement and thoughtfulness should be done with more sugar. Eating more sweet than needed increases weight. Dr. says that a person needs 1600 calories in a day. In such a situation, the calories from sugar should not be more. You can take sugar around 25 grams. Even if sugar is not included in the food, you will not suffer much.



Consuming anything in limited quantity only benefits health. Then why not talk about sugar or salt. Eat sugar and salt, but consuming them in large quantities is harmful.
