Adequate sleep is necessary-


Sleep deprivation has a relationship with your immune level. If you are not getting enough sleep, you are more likely to get cold and flu. To avoid this, take seven to eight hours of sleep per day.


Cleanliness of the hands


Mobile is in your hands throughout the day. Your fingers run on the computer keyboard. There are bacteria in all these things, which you do not see. After using the mobile, it enters the body by eating food without washing hands, so do cleanliness of hands before eating.


Maintain fitness


To remain healthy it is necessary to remain physically fit. Stay fit only when you include exercise, yoga, aerobics etc. in your routine.
